You have to be a member for a certain time (21 days I think) and post a certain number of posts (21??) before you can post a weight tracker.

But you can still have fun picking one out and keeping track on your own so you can count the weight loss when you are able to post it.

Hey Ladies (don't suppose there are any Gents on this thread?)

Anyway, weight stuck at 156.5 this morning, which is nice and makes me happy.

Have another day of driving tomorrow, but I get to sleep in Monday, so I'm not that worried about it. I am feeling good overall, and nothing super exciting to report.

Just checking in to say all is well, and I"m still fighting the good fight

One of my clients died tonight and I just groomed him today. He was a 15 year old cockapoo with heart and kidney failure so it was expected but I still feel down. I love all my doggie clients and it made me hold my two tight.

Back to the subject at hand,
1300 cals today

Coffee

Lunch--bagel 230
1 tbs margarine 35
2 tbs light cream cheese 60

Snack--1/4 cup dried peas 100
1 cup dry cereal 100

Tea

Dinner--6 lean Italian meatballs 160
Small green salad 100
2 tbs balsamic and oil+grated Parmesan 120

Tea

Snack--3/4 cup dried peas 300
Small light yogurt 100

Diana--glad something worked on that pain.

Exhale--I actually like seeing my high weight on my ticker cuz it reminds me of what I've done so far but I get your point too. Glad you feel a "weight" off.

Novangel--6 days? I walk every day but I've only done extra exercise ONE day this week. It is still a new thing for me though so I hope I can get in the habit.

Fluffypuppy... sorry about your sad day.

The underwater iPod is wonderful. They are iPod Shuffles waterproofed by a company called Underwater Audio. It is only about 1.5 inch square and has a firm clip. I just clipped it onto my swimsuit strap since I don't like to wear goggles. It was so fun to have my music to work out to.

And I like seeing the high weight on my ticker too, as it shows how far I have come!!!

Misti--thanks. Much rougher for his family than for me.

Sounds cool. What I would really like is just a teeny tiny radio. I am a bit of a professional sports junky so I'd like to listen to games on the go. Kinda old school a radio, but do they make them as small as an iPod?

I have no idea about the radios.... good chance though! You could do some googling. I've been studying/researching the mp3 players for several months before investing in the iPod Shuffle

I'm 50/50 about the gym today, 7 days in a row? I do need to stop at Target though...I know it's evil corporate but I love that store. It's my guilty pleasure.
