Hey everyone! I just joined today so I'm new to all this! I'm 20 years old and need a change. I have about 120 pounds to lose and cant do it alone. I'm just looking for some support, tips, any advice I can get basically!

Welcome and congratulations on the start of your journey! 3FC is awesome for advice, support, tips, ideas and anything else you could possibly be looking for on your weight loss journey. I'm not much of a "forum" person but 3FC has been pretty essential to my own journey especially with support and accountability and motivation.

Believe you can do this and stick with it, and you'll see you'll reach your goals. Well done on taking the first step! Looking forward to seeing you around the boards!

Welcome to 3FC. I'm 20 as well and decided it was time to take control of my weight and health. I suggest joining in on Daily Accountability. It really helps to keep track and others see how you're doing.
