I'm already up to 1600 calories today, and my limit on weekdays is 1900. It's 4:15. Should i go home, eat 300 calories, and go straight to bed (at like 6:30 p.m.) before i have a chance to overeat or binge? Or should i go home, eat well over 300 calories, and then go exercise? My inclination is to go home and eat whatever i want (probably 600 calories or more) and then go exercise. Then i will be really depressed that i've fallen off the wagon for the second time in three days. And then i will probably eat some more

I know this is just one day, but if i can't get back on the wagon now, i feel like i never will.
