I'm having a hard time believing that I've lost 28 of these suckers. :dizzy:

Arctic Mama 02-07-2013 01:37 AM

Pretty gross, Ella ;)

Glad to have it off our rears, right?

Mozzy 02-07-2013 02:13 AM

Great pic!

Doomkitty 02-07-2013 02:48 AM

I remember seeing a mold exactly like that on Oprah quite some time ago and it just stuck with me.

Way to go, that's hard to even visualize! I've lost 8 or 9 of them. =)

Misti in Seattle 02-07-2013 07:17 AM

LOL and I was carrying around 18 more of those things than I am now! No wonder I feel so much better!

RavenWolf 02-07-2013 08:22 AM

Wow! Thanks for the visual! I have lost just about 3 of those, and have quite a few more to lose. Makes me feel gross!!!!

That is a great way to motivate me even more, though!!!

newleaf123 02-07-2013 08:23 AM

I've seen the image of the 5-pounder before, but never in someone's hands to give it scale. WOW!! That's big! Thank you so much for modeling... Great to be holding it and not wearing it, I'm sure!!

April Snow 02-07-2013 08:34 AM

no picture for me :(

Silverfire 02-07-2013 08:49 AM

I have lost almost two of those... I may have a fewwww more to go :) Can't wait to have them gone for good.

lunarsongbird 02-07-2013 10:33 AM

They have one of these sitting on the counter at the center. It totally wigs me out everytime I sign-in. LOL.

That is awesome! Congratulations on your loss.

I've seen these pictures a million times, and they oog me out every single time. I think part of it is the color, but there's a general oog factor with it. I'm always stunned that I used to drag an extra 29 of these around.

What scares me is how many of them used to be wrapped around my heart and other vital organs? Hips are one thing, and it's nice to have it gone, but, man, my heart used to have to work hard.

LockItUp 02-07-2013 02:31 PM

Awesome!

You look fantastic, BTW!

the shiv 02-07-2013 03:07 PM

Oooh, look at that 15lb one! I'm nearly at that, it looks like so much! I wonder what 100 looks like!! So,

1. Ew.
2. Very encouraging!

I think I need to bookmark this thread ;)

Ellemphriem 02-07-2013 03:14 PM

I lost that?.......eiiiiii :ο

Pink Hurricane 02-07-2013 09:35 PM

Okay now I feel a little better about the weight I have lost, instead of focusing on why I haven't lost enough yet.

Bon Appetite!

Elladorine, you look amazing! At first, I didn't even notice what you had in your hands. When I did notice...wow. I... Uh.... Wow. I've lost 13 of those!

HungryHungryHippo 02-07-2013 10:31 PM

Wow--I love pictures like this!! I actually have a little "photo album" of shots like this, to look at, when I feel like overeating, to remind myself of the consequences!

Misti in Seattle 02-08-2013 07:20 AM

This is also encouraging to me since I am having trouble lately with a badly stuck scale but I am getting smaller and wearing smaller size clothes. Of course I knew muscle was smaller than fat but it is nice to see how much of that horrible stuff I have lost!!

I am going to keep on working out, even though it seems to be slowing my weight loss

GregZ 02-08-2013 07:29 AM

Great representation of fat. Pictures like this are a fantastic motivatior.

Natalie42 02-08-2013 08:38 AM

This is so gross! Thanks for the thread. If the 5 pounds isn't bad enough, the 20 pounder is disgusting. For some odd reason, I can't stop staring at them. It's unbelievable that is on my body. Eek! Eek!

eliza422 02-08-2013 11:10 AM

I think it's good for us to remember that the weight we've lost isn't all fat...Larger people have muscle they lose too, just because you don't need as much to haul around a larger frame.

So any weight you've lost isn't 100% fat...

That's still a gross picture!:dizzy:
