Last night I ate too much @ dinner (sushi tapas), and felt really bad when I came home. Didn't help that I stepped on a different (higher) scale than usual this morning, on an off-day from weighing, just to assess the damage. But I calculated what I ate last night that I shouldn't have, took it out of today's plan, and now I'm back on track. I feel sooooo much better! Likewise, I work out 6 days a week, and take one day of rest, and last week took 2, because of work. I'm almost at the end of my work week this week, and will have made up for it by not taking a day off this week. May not work for everyone, but it made me feel sooo much better to "pay it back" right away, and get back on track, than work it off over time, and feel guilty.
We all slip up. Getting back on track is the important part. That scale is showing water weight, so don't take it to heart.
Thanks, guys!! I've lost and regained 7 times in my life, now, and am working soooooooo hard not to make this time the 8th!!
