Ah, you know FB is such a "spy"ware program. I really hate I know so much. Even more, I hate the way the world is run by evil.

I should be in like the maintenance club, or BF% reduction club, or something b/c I sure have NO CLUE how to lose weight anymore. Eat more....Eat less....Move more....Take a rest day....Lift weights.....Do HIIT....Do Cardio....Decrease Cardio! WHEW!! Did I just exhaust all of you???

I just stopped stressing over it.

Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a while, I've been very busy.

Anyway, I started to use myfitness app to count my calories. Very eye opening, informative and kind of scary, but I'm glad to use it. I've been doing well mostly. My only issue is I have one class twice a week that's pretty boring. I just want to snack all class. I need to cut that out!

Good to read everyone else's stories.

Hello everyone

Katydid!

Radiojane... wow on passing the 100 pound mark!

Interesting day for me. Even though my weight loss is coming off dreadfully slow I keep feeling that I am getting smaller. So this morning I decided to try on the size 14 pants I bought a while back and I knew would not fit... but I was shocked when they did come right up over my butt and are only about an inch from being able to button. Then I tried on the size 16s... I had worn them once but they were waaaay too tight so laid them aside. They are now plenty big on me! When I have them zipped and buttoned I can still get both hands easily inside the waistband! So I wore them to work.

It definitely HAS to be that I am building muscle. So I googled and yes... well I can see why it would make a difference.

Hi Everyone!

Psychic Good job deciding not to drink the soda.

Amarantha I'm glad you got the software to cooperate. I have had enough of computers in the last week.

Krissy Is you Mom still in town?

Katydid Hi and Welcome back. Find a way to make the accountability check in work for you. Don't get discouraged. You don't always have to do personals, just do what you can.

Syckgirlsfv I hope you got the faucet fixed. I hate home repairs. Good grief! You have had all kinds of temptations today.

Radiojane Congrats on the 100+ pounds! Keep up the great work!

Berry Hi It's good to see you.

Chellez How did it go with Bob Harper? He's tough. I have a couple of his workouts.

Rasagolla Hi Looking forward to the weekend, too.

Racrane Hi It's good to see you.

Kendrabear Great job on the 2.5 pounds!

Misti Good job on your progress!

Yes, I actually love them As a matter of fact, my favorite 'diet' meal is a 12 count grilled nugget, a small icedream cone and a large coke zero from there.

I eat chicken and ice cream and it's like 380 cals

The bad news: plumber has to come and replace some pipes...too much build up of minerals but the new ones will be copper! Should be fixed soon.

I only had 2 1/2 slices of pizza and they we sliced very thinly...didn't add anything, just jalapeņos so yummy and not so bad on the calories. PLUS I di 40 minutes on the air trainer first at the gym foe a 550 calorie burn. Bye bye pizza! Scale at 165 after I ate the pizza tonight...

I am getting really pissed off at the slow losing, though. Maybe I'm being a bad sport but I hate having chub on my hips!

the plumber problems reminded me of a story....i'll tell you a story...about a year ago, our electrical in the house started having major problems...by the time we called an electrician, the lights had been flickering for awhile and then blew fuses in the main panel...the electrician found that our main breaker outside had been severely overloaded in the past and ended up having to replace the whole thing, plus major new wiring through the wall to the panel inside...he said it was lucky it didnt start a fire and burn the house down

now HOW did the circuits get so badly overloaded in the past??...it wasn't from us...we started to put two and two together...the previous owners had run alot of heavy-duty extension cords from the breaker to the garage...the garage door windows were covered up...they also left huge lights stored in the garage

yup...this upstanding, middle-class family who sold us their house had been running a big MARIJUANA GROW in the garage...explains why the dad "worked from home" and their electrical bills were sky-high...at the time they said "we had friends living with us for awhile" to explain it

LOLOL why else would there be so many grow lights left in the garage? ....
