Scale Victory - No Longer "Obese!"
 

Hi All -

Am very happy to report that this morning I weighed in at 213.2 - which is just over the line from "obsese" to "overweight" in terms of BMI - and I'm so happy!

It's amazing how psychological it is to shift from one category to another. I'm hoping for another good, steady loss this week, but just had to share my first real scale victory of this journey!

YAY!!! Hooray! I must say I'm jealous, I can't wait until I am no longer medically classified as "obese". It's such a hideous word. Fabulous job!!!
