I'm sorry it has taken me so long to reply here Beth. I'm on two other threads now, and I feel like I just keep repeating myself. I hope that you are feeling more in control now. :strong: Just remember how far you've come and why you want to be where you are at.

As for me I was on track then I got out of the groove and I can't seem to get back into it. :shrug: I'm frustrated with myself because I know I can do better. I'm just not making any sort of effort. :( This weekend though I have to go grocery shopping so I'm going to try to make good choices that foster my goals. I will report back after the shopping trip.
