OK you all...its confession time! I was a little oinker today at the communion/birthday party! I didn't eat breakfast or lunch so I could enjoy myself today and that I surely did! I did drink diet pepsi for what that is worth and I didn't eat my whole hamburger but I did indulge in some wonderful potato salad that my sister-in-law's mother made...she makes the best! And I did indulge is some pretzels with this dip made with cream cheese, horseradish and a little sugar. It was the prefect dip for pretzels, and I had a small slice of pound cake with a small scoop of chocolate ice cream! I am a glutton right now! I have been banking points for most of the week so hopefully it will balance out when I hit the scale on Monday night!

Andrew was having such a great time playing with the kids. He and I stayed a bit longer after most of the people left. His daddy met us there after work so he had his own truck and wanted to go home. He was tired from working. I thought Andrew would sleep on the way home but it didn't happen. He is full of pee and vinegar still right now!

I am looking forward to meeting Kat, Barb and Steph this summer. We will have to set a date and make plans!! I think Steph and I are only a hop over the bridge from each other!

Barb your little puppy is sooo cute!

2Cute...now one sandwich isn't going to make you or break you! You have come a long way already....we need to indulge occasionally so we don't feel deprived! A sandwich is better than cake or cookies or the such!

Kat crazy families come a dime a dozen but dooo fill us in on the details of the cat fight!

Amanda again welcome to the group! You will love it here! Just keep one foot in front of the other. I too took on more than I can handle this semester! Plus working full time and taking care of a 2 year old! Its hard to plan healthy meals when you are tired!

Lori you are right about sizes. I carry most of my weight from the waist down! I wear a much smaller size on top than I do on bottom!! Besides...who the heck cares what size clothes we wear! Clothes don't make the person!!

I'm back... no one was there. Sorry I was so late. I forgot all about it.

Yikes - I can't believe it's nearly 11pm, where did the day go? I have so much that I want to do this weekend. But first I want to stop in here to check on everyone. While we are confessing things ---- Jeff and I went to do some shopping tonight and we just happened to be near one of my favorite places so we had a bit of a splurge for dinner. It was good, but not worth blowing my healthy eating. Each time I have a meal like that I realize more and more that it's not worth it. I think I am slowly building up to the point that I can say 'no'. I'm just no quite there yet.

I took the dogs for a short walk when we got home, but I don't like to go far in the dark.

Tomorrow is going to be a full day of cleaning and running errands and stuff. I hope to have a very productive day. As long as I get up in the morning and get a good start I am fine. But, if I get up and lounge around I never seem to get motivated.

Tina - You look great!!! The progress you have made is obvious!!! Keep up the good work! :)

Sara - I know what you mean about keeping ourselves accountable. It's not like any of you can see me eating or exercising, but I always feel you all there with me. ;)

Mary - I am going to try to make it to chat one night. It's just a hard time for me because I don't usually start winding down my day and getting on the computer until later. One of these days I'll get there.

Do I hear talk of a 3FC 300+ reunion? Hmmm... might be worth a the drive... or flight! I know I'm about a 10 hour drive (YIKES) from Kat. Last summer, when I first joined the thread, I visited Manhatten and Kat jokingly said we should meet up... now I'd never pass up such a great opportunity to meet one (or lots) of you guys!

Hmm. It's also crossed my mind before that 3FC as a whole should have some sort of convention with seminars, and speakers and healthy meals... like a fun, ladies' weekend away...

I cannot believe what Baylee said in the last thread. That was lower than low. What comes around goes around.

Tina- You rock!!! I just had to tell you that you look beautiful!! Those before and now pictures are a huge difference!! Your posts always make me smile. When you posted that last really big picture of Tony I thought I was gonna fall outta my chair in glee. You have spunk girl and I like it.

Charlee's eyes are huge, but now that I looked at that picture she does look a bit drugged up --- originally she had red-eye in the picture and I tried to fix it with my photo software. She doesn't look quite so crazed in real-life. :lol:
