I know we won't know our starting weights for this challenge till tomorrow or Saturday (depending on when you count the start date for yourself), but thought I'd go ahead and start this up.
Typically whenever I start the "LOSE 10 LBS BY..." threads I have a terrible month. Want to break the jinx!
For anyone NEW to these, you don't have to actually make your goal 10 pounds, you can make it whatever you want! It's just tradition to use 10 at this point, so feel free to make your goal what you like.
