After holiday reboot
 

So here we go again. The holidays are over and i have eaten my body weight in food and drank every night for almost this whole month. So tomorrow Im giving myself a reboot. Im weighing myself tomorrow and starting back on track.I hate new years cause it seems like every new years is faced with failure. - sigh- Well here we go again. My anniversary is in Feb and... you know what... every time I think of "I want to loose x lbs before - insert holiday here-" i always fail. So... reboot. Good eating calorie counting and excercise. Lets see tomorrow what i have to work with....

I'm weighing in tomorrow too. Time to face my patterns of the past week. I still have 2 days at my parents' and a New Years Day party but it's time to get back to the program.

I faced the scale today and after going on vacation and stuffing myself full of pie, cookies, more pie and every comfort food under the sun for a week straight, the scale says I'm up 8 lbs! :yikes: I'm definitely ready to get back to the grind... Went to the gym today and counted calories... Hoping a lot of the weight is water retention and falls off this week. It was totally NOT worth it!
