Alrighty, we're in the first full week of January, and I lost whatever made me go up a pound between Christmas and New Year's, hahaha.

So we got:

Weigh-in 1: 161.5 (12/31)
Weigh-in 2: 160.5 (01/07)
GW: 154.5

But don't just lose the weight burn it so that it'll never come back and so we wont have to worry about it anymore...

Got my butt KICKED in CrossFit tonight (in a great way), so I'm not sure what the scale will look like tomorrow - hopefully going doooown.

Edited because I think I was wrong lol. Blame it on a low cal/extra high burn day...makes my brain a little fuzzy.

Only lost 1.4lbs this week. I know I am carrying water weight as I only lost 1lb the week before. Certain foods just bloat me right up.

7lbs to go. I don't know if I'll make it but I will at least get close.

Was OP yesterday but dinner was very salty, also sore again from my workout yesterday. 4 days in the 130s now, I think it's MAYBE safe to say I'm officially in the 130s. Hope I didn't just jinx myself.
