Low calorie drinks besides water
I've been drinking only water.
I had a glass of green tea once (that had 0 calories) I drank a couple glasses of diet soda (whats your opinion on diet soda? Is it alright once in a while?) And then there's flavored water which is alright but I'm not a big fan of. Do you have any other suggestions? thanks for reading. :carrot: about to start week 3 |
Not sure if you like coffee but it is real low calories :)

Unfortunately or fortunately, water is the best. Low in calories are also tea and coffee (without sugar of course). I like to put a lemon and a leaf of fresh mint to my water:) I hope I could help

Herbal tea! Verveine, Linden flower, rose hip with hibiscus, mint, lavender, etc etc, with spices or mixed or plain...

I'm not sure if this is "low calorie," and it's certainly no substitute for water, but I've become a fan of no sugar added, non-flavored Almond Milk, it's really filling, and when I was good about dieting the LAST time (I lost about 30 lbs, then gained 50, sigh) I would drink it sometimes when I was getting a little hungry but didn't NEED to eat.
