That *is* a crazy NSV. I never thought about it that way, and looked today - same here. My waist is smaller than my thighs used to be. For me, this is definitely mind warping -- how can it be?? It doesn't seem that way, both due to body dysmorphia, I'm sure, as well as that thighs are circular and waists are oval.

Crazy! But a good crazy!

I don't know if I've got any crazy ones to mention, but this really makes me wish I'd have measured my waist and thighs back in the day. :lol:

I've been looking at old photos though, and it looks like my stomach was was only a couple of inches away from reaching my knees whenever I sat down! :o It's so hard to imagine living every single day like that.

Elladorine, I know exactly what you mean! I can remember, shortly before I started losing weight, noticing the "weight" of my pannus resting on my thighs. Now It just barely touches the top of my thighs

I bought a couple pairs of cheap-o Walmart sweatpants the other day for working out. I got them in a large because I just assumed that I was a large because my bottom half has always been a size bigger than my top half.

Well... when I got home and tried a pair on, the large wasn't just too big -- I was worried about it staying up! And sure enough, went back to the store, exchanged the pants for Mediums instead and low and behold they fit perfectly. I'm wearing a pair now!

I'm a freaking medium on the bottom. Who'da thought my butt would be this small!

My bra band size has gone from a 54 to a 42!

Let me tell you, it's a lot easier to find a 42 than a 54!

I'm also now able to shop at a 2nd store in my area. For the longest time I was above 4x and only able to go to one place. Now that my tops are in the 3x range, I was able to visit a more restricted plus size shop and get some cute things!
