Fit2Fat2Fit guy

I found what this guy did inspiring in a funny sort of way. He also has a book out, which I hope to read soon.

I really admire him a lot.

There's a show, sort of like The Biggest Loser, I was watching, where I really felt the trainers were pushing 400+ pound people too hard. I thought it would be a cool turnaround if, one morning, they surprised the trainers by strapping 250 pounds in weights on them, and making them go through the routines with their clients like that.

I like him a lot too, he is doing more than most trainers who have always been in shape yelling at people to just "try harder"

There was a really interesting article that talked about how much easier it was going to be for him to get back in shape since he already lead the lifestyle and it was attainable for him.

I agree but still, he has a better idea of the struggle than 99% of the other trainers.

I really understand why he did it. I don't know if I necessarily agree with what he did, but it's his body—he can do whatever the heck he wants with it.

One of the reasons I was starting to look into becoming a personal trainer was because I feel I would be able to relate to people a bit more (plus I would love to help people). I also thought that people might want a trainer who had been where they were at one point.
