Good trips to the doctor make me happy!
 

So I went to the doctor today and they weighed me in at 178! YAY! That was such a nice thing to see as for the past couple weeks I've been bouncing between 179-181. My blood pressure was also 106/78, which is the lowest it's EVER been.

And then, on top of this, Sunday I tried on a couple pairs of jeans and discovered that I am solidly in a 12 now, although I can't really afford to buy new jeans quite yet. I might get me a nice pair of Levi's though since that is a mini-goal reward... I wanted a pair of Levi's at a size 12, and here I am!

Times are good. Weight loss is slow, but my body's responding well, I'm in good health, and so I'm just gonna take things with a grain of salt. I'll get there when I get there!

So nice to see the number you want on a Doctor's scale, those scales always seem to be kind of RUDE. Great job on the blood pressure! It's gotta feel good to see some actual tangible health results from your hard work.

Wonderful about the jeans. For some reason once I got into a size 12 I felt like a sense of relief. That's like my "normal" size.
