question about water intake
I keep hearing that you are suppose to take your weight. divide it by two and thats how many ounces of water you should be drinking a day to lose weight. has anyone else heard of this?

Yes...
I have heard this as well, can't exactly recall where I read this. But thast is what I have been striving for. Most days I don't have any problem consuming that much water, other days I at least get 64 ozs.

That could be too much water for many people, depending on your weight.
