I think she is avoiding me now because she realized her opinion wasn't wanted or needed.

People like that are rude and really need to read up on weight loss or mind their own. Do they not realize diets fail because of that good food, bad food thinking? While it's obviously good to eat a lot of vegetables, people can eat anything if it's in their calorie range and still lose weight. This hasn't happened to me yet, but I'd just tell them it fits in my plan and point out moderation!
