Default I don't wanna weigh tomorrow! Urgh!

Although I've been within my calorie limits except for Friday, this week has been awful as far as my food has been concerned. My work schedule has been crazy -- they've decided to start calling me in for extra hours, which is great except that I never know when I'm going to have to work. This makes it really hard to plan workouts and meals because my work schedule can either be damn-near non-existent or crazy-packed.

And also, this has been one of those weeks where all of my cravings hit at one time. Usually I can manage my cravings into my plan because they come once in a blue moon. But these week was ridiculous, and the thing is the things I crave aren't just like a brownie or a piece of cake -- it's fast food. Burgers, fries, take-out, pizza, etc. Love that stuff, and fortunately since I've had all of the above this week (sans the burger -- I had a chicken sandwich instead) I ought to be good for awhile. That is the good thing about me -- once I satisfy the craving I'm done with it for at least another month so it's not like these things are happening all the time. However, when they all happen at the same time, even if I fit it into my calorie budget, it's not good because it's not healthy. Blargh.

Hopefully next week will be better and I'll be better able to manage my time. I only got to go the gym once this week and I really wanted to go more than that but life got in the way, haha. Just wanted to vent and whine and vow that this coming week WILL be better! The end.

I agree with Julia, sometimes when we've had a really bad day we think it'll definitely reflect on the scale, but if you've stuck to your calories properly every other day, that may save you! Keep us posted!

I might wait a couple days to see if things even out, but I was up 2lbs from last week. I think it's mostly water weight cause I've been within my calories, but it still doesn't make me feel better, lol.

Hang in there. Just keep doing what you know is healthy and one week won't make any difference at all in the long run. But since you know that your work schedule is likely to be crazy, try to plan easy meals (salads?) and have stuff on hand just in case.
