I don't take any supplements and feel fine, so I'm leaving well enough alone.

That is my concern. I think I am going to start taking a multivitamin again, and fish oil. There is a multivitamin that I really like, but I am curious about the best brand of fish oil.

I guess I am going to skip out on any sort of fat burner/appetite suppressant. I feel like I take enough pills as it is, and I really try to keep it at a minimum. I already drink coffee which does give me a nice boost after a couple cups. :) It's also helped to suppress my appetite a bit.

I just feel so confused about what I need to do. I'm trying to just take baby steps, but it's like everything has a key to it. I appreciate all the advice though, ladies. You all are so sweet.

A bit late but I take a probiotic multivitamin, omega-3 fish oil (400mg EPA - 200 mg DHA) and chromium (beneficial for those with PCOS...apparently!). I don't feel super energised or anything like that but having researched the benefits of what I take I am happy to keep doing so :)

I don't take any vitamins or supplements. Whenever I've tried taking any, they either don't do anything or make me feel worse (like calcium for example - definitely a no go for me). So I stick to good food :)

I've taken appetite suppressants with much success. I plan on starting Phentermine this Sunday. My husband has taken it with pretty good success and I need something to help me get this ravenous appetite under control. Since I've had my little one, I've been wanting to eat everything in site.
