Tina those are great pictures. The only thing missing was ME !!!!!

Well, I am starting my raking early this weekend. NOW as a matter of fact.

My eating has been pretty bad but if I get this job I will have less stress. I will hear Monday or Tuesday. :crossed:

Later, my helpers are here.

peekabooangel 04-11-2003 08:09 PM

Tina: what a man, and this time I am talking about 'RON' not the Tonster. A man that is all out just to make his wife happy and feel like she is a little girl again. Maybe I need to send my dh to training with RON? Maybe I need a picture signed by Ron, he is becoming my IDOL!!!

Glad you had so much fun and had a dream come true.

MichelleK 04-11-2003 08:42 PM

Tina...I just have to say my heart was fluttering for you when I saw the pics of you and Tony together!! You go girl!! You are looking great these days!! I just wish I had the will power again to get this weight off again! Oh yeah...I think Ron is becoming my idol too...can he start a training class for all our Significant others? I'll pay him a good penny!!

I want to welcome the newbies too!! I haven't been around much because I work full time and go to school full time and have a 2 1/2 yr old and a significant other to take care of and I had my parents here last weekend from Rhode Island. THey were on their way to West Virginia then today left for Kentucky lake and will go back to WV for Easter and then here again on their way home on the 23rd and 24th...besides trying to clean this house so it looks half way decent when they are here...I have been lurking but haven't been posting...

Anyways....enough said..I was just asked to hang the clothes in the three baskets that are dry so my man can use them to do the wash tonight...its a never ending process...he is so proud of himself too because he did dishes today too....once a month dish man and he thinks he helps me ALL the time! Gotta love him!!

OK the little guy is fussing for some attention so I will scoot for now! Love you guys!

TTFN Michelle

tina... you're so pretty!!!! AND could we maybe clone your husband?? i could use a really nice one..

LuckyLadyBug 04-11-2003 09:36 PM

Michelle glad to see you. Any "give me back the money or else" stories. You are so good at your job. Of course, I wouldn't borrow money from you - no matter what. Too Scared!!!

2cute2Bfat 04-12-2003 01:24 AM

Please note I am here before 3am

Howdy everyone. I am going to respond to everyone again hopefully ... but don't get used to this. It just happens to work out that this time I can. Usually it will be just in and out. I hope everyone knows.... NO ONE expects you to reply to each of us every post. We all love to see our names in print. ... ... but we also know that it is impossible to always reply to everyone. We mainly just want to hear about YOU. How is your life ... how is your food plan ... inspire us with your exercise routines. :D

Mary...I loved what you said about Fun Friday... "Spend some time with myself." Cool !!!! So much of our lives is spent doing for others. Employers, kids, spouses, PTAs, etc etc. We need to just spend some time with ourselves sometimes.

Sandy.... I wanted to see that picture of Tina with her hands on Tony's butt too. Fortunately... I have a good imagination.... so when I see that "smile" on Tony's face.... I can visualize "WHY he is smiling". LOL

Barb...I only left my dog with a kennel one time.... and I was sooooo guilt ridden no dog has stayed there since... and that was like 20 years ago. LOL. Now I pay neighbors to care for them in our home. Their kids come and play with them everyday. These are VERY responsible neighbors and their kids love helping out.

Kat.... I am going to take you up on that {{{ HUG }}} if we go to Atlanta. :grouphug: Now I have a reason for wanting to go too. :D But we won't be walking any boardwalk... I am serious when I say how bad my knees are. But we can sit and tell stories about everyone in here.

Aradia.... You poor baby. {{{ HUG }}} You have terrible working hours this weekend. I am definitely going to count my blessings this weekend while I am off having fun. :p LOL Honestly... don't even try to keep up with replies. I never do when I take my trips out of town or am gone for a weekend. Especially since we are having this growing spurt again.
One more question. ??? How do you pronounce Aradia??
Is it Ar-a-dia or A-rad-ia or just how ???

Steph... Just as I said earlier... I have changed your name from in pencil... into INK !! ;) Sure glad you jumped back in and posted.
Lori... Congratulations on your GREAT doctors report !!! :cb: When I was younger I was more concerned about my looks. But as I "mature" LOL ... I really want to be healthy too. Don't get me wrong... I want to fit into a size 18-20 but I want to live long enough to enjoy it too. LOL
Duckie... You are making wiser choices. :cp: I am too. I am eating more fish at lunch because my DH is not much into fish. I always substitute grilled veggies for potatoes. I actually don't understand why I am not skin and bone yet.

Jiffy pop...Your story is quite interesting. If I were not such a COWARD I probably would have gone that route by now. I have just heard of sooo many horror stories connected to it. I am sooo happy you were not one. But it does sound like you have spent more than your share of time in hospitals. I HATE IT when doctors blame weight for EVERYTHING. They don't even look for other causes. Grrrr
I know not ALL doctors are like that... but there are a LOT.

Michelle.... WOW... I get worn out just reading about how busy you are. :faint:
Aren't men a RIOT !!! They do one thing and brag on it for a year or more.... we do 100 things and don't give ourselves credit. We just focus on how much more there is to do. :dizzy: I think we BOTH need to change a bit.

Tina.... What GREAT PHOTOS !!! My favorite is #5 with you and Tony. It is just a good picture of both of you. And #7 .... that is AWESOME of you. You are just gorgeous in all of them.
I must admit... I have new admiration for Tony now. He earned a few brownie points with this non-racing granny.

Thin... Have you done your movies tonight.. or is it Sat and Sun?? I really want to see that "Anger Management" movie with Adam Sandler and ???? what is his name ?? Darn I hate losing my memory. Grrr LOL ....Oh well.. back to my chicken story.

Deon... my husbands family ONLY had chihuahuas while growing up. In fact... I have only been bit twice in my life... and BOTH were by those darn chihuahuas. They were mean little suckers. LOL Oh.. they LOVED their mommies... but visitors... LOOK OUT !!!

Baylee... Do you still have snow up in Minnesota?? I could NEVER live up north in all that snow and cold. Brrrrr

Jen... you were trying to move back to the states. Has anyone heard if she got to move home with her family or not.??
That leaves Ravyn, J-ann and Moongoddess we still need to hear from. We still are missing you.

And if I forgot YOUR name... come in here and tell me about it. I still have that ink pen sitting here ready to mark you here permanently.

Lucky... Just how many trees do you have that you rake all the time??? I have probably 6 in my front yard... and at least 10 in my backyard... and we don't rake nearly as much as you. Welll... to be honest... we usually just use the riding mower and mulch it all up and then we don't have so much to rake. :o

Lucky ... I saved you for last. I posted a picture of you and your prince charming.
We couldn't let Tina have all the fun.

Oh my goodness, Tina, those pics are wonderful!!! :cb: I am so thrilled for you, and bless Ron's heart for being so supportive! I am so glad you had a great time, it really shows on your face! I don't think I ever saw anyone so radiant--and I have to admit that scruff of Tony's does him more than justice!

Now...if he'd only quit hawking those dreadful diet pills!:p

katrinabgood 04-12-2003 02:55 AM

Hey kids...it's very late...I'm in 2cute's time slot, apparently! Just wanted to say: congrats to all losers, welcome newbies, welcome back MIAs, and  to everyone else.

I'll be back tomorrow, maybe...

I have a prayer request...

Could you all pray really hard for torrential rain tomorrow in NJ? Saturday only please. Not only will the crops benefit, I will too...I really don't want to go to Scout Day (parade and ball game) at the Minor League ball park during the day and then a Little league game at night.... I know...BAD mom!

Thank you and good night...

MichelleK 04-12-2003 06:22 AM

OK Kat...so IT WAS YOU WHO ASKED FOR THIS RAIN THAT WE GOT THIS MORNING....John is cursing you right now...he HATES working out in this rain!

OK gotta run....just had to throw that in for KAT~ guilt guilt guilt~

Aradia 04-12-2003 07:27 AM

Hey ladies, just a very quick hello from work. I dont have much time, but wanted to say, Tina those pics are awesome. I never knew how CUTE he was, omg. Hehe. Ok I cant stay online long, just long enough to check in.

Yesterday went pretty good. Had some snacks when I got home from work, but did manage to get part of my WATP tape. I only did .25 of the mile, but its a start right?

Well I have to run, cant keep the phone line tied up, I'll be back later. Hope all is having a wonderful day.

Grannie39074 04-12-2003 08:20 AM

Morning chickies. I'm rushing have to work this morning and the compyters at work are out of whack.

I went into town yesterday and visited my friend that has been sick. Found out my greatnephew 3 years old had a cracked skull but is better.

I bought a little black lacey nember to take to new orleans next weekend. Hope DH likes it.:D

Tina the pics are great. Tony is cute. DH likes him too

I better go have to eat a bite.

peekabooangel 04-12-2003 08:23 AM

Kat: I think your wish traveled to far North  . Today is opening day at the race track here and it's kinda rainy!! Keeping my :crossed: that it stay dry enough, or dries up in time for race time at 2:00p.m. I love going the first day because you get to see all the cars prettied all up, before they start racing and getting banged up. My bil's newest girlfriends brother is one of the drivers in the ProStock class, so this will be neat, plus I went to school with 2 of the other drivers in that class.

My dh has the flu again, and guess what I think I am getting it too, I'm all stuffed up and dreary feeling. But, I'm trying to keep a positive attitude about it and keep telling myself "I WILL NOT BE SICK, I WILL NOT BE SICK:nono:"

Everyone have a marvolous day.

LuckyLadyBug 04-12-2003 08:53 AM

2Cute Thank You for the "prince charming". HOWEVER, I have to tell you that the pictures Tina posts for me of prince charming are more to my liking (now you know I care about you) than the one you did. I DO appreciate the thought, however.

Trees - I am estimating 30 that are dropping leaves and needles where I have to rake. On the actual farm site we are talking WAY over 200. I ignore a lot of the area!!! I rake every day during April, May, June and then again start in September until snow. I LOVE the burning of the leaves part!!!!

Well, off to start my raking day. I will check in later.

katrinabgood 04-12-2003 10:06 AM

Good Morning, all!

I am happy to report that it IS raining! But...Miss Michelle...it's supposed to clear up this afternoon. And tomorrow is supposed to be lovely! So, all should be happy. I don't even need it to rain tonight...the ground should be just soggy enough to postpone the game. See? I only want it postponed. I don't mind going to my son's games, just in nicer weather, if you please. sure...you'll hear me *****ing in late June, when it's hot and muggy and I have to sit though a #@*&% make up game!

That's right...there's just no pleasing me!

Fun Friday was fun...I had my hair cut and colored last night. I had a manicure and a pedicure too. My sis does my hair, so I don't have to pay for that...She waxed me too...NO! Not a bikini wax! :o Facial stuff. Nice. I've been rejeuvenated. I'm a new woman. I just wish the new version came out about 50 lbs lighter. Oh well.

I'm hungry, need to get some breakfast. Any good breakfast ideas? My coffee is wonderful this morning. I ran out of Chock Full of Nuts and had to grind the beans that I've had since Christmas and use them. I don't have a coffee grinder, but the blender works really well and the coffee is just so much better! Gosh, wasn't that fascinating?

So what's on everyone's agenda for today? I'm going to clean the house! Yay me! AND do some laundry...woo hoo, party on! I'm making lasagne for dinner. As low fat/low cal as i can make it...part skim mozzarella and ricotta, ground turkey instead of beef...maybe I'll even throw some spinach in there if I have any. Here's my helpful hint for the day...don't boil the noodles! I never do, and I don't buy those expensive "No Boil" ones either. Just make the lasagne like you do, cover it tightly with foil and bake...it comes out perfectly everytime.

I was going to do replies but I've rambled on long enough...I'll do that when i come back...after at least 2 loads of wash, vacuuming and an exercise video.

See you later...have a great, soggy, <thank you!> day!

2cute2Bfat 04-12-2003 10:57 AM
