My friends and I use that as a term to me that we're having a day to ourselves.

So I have a "Me Party." I go out shopping, buy some clothes, have lunch, and maybe even see a movie. It's kind of silly, but I love having the time to myself :)

When I hit mini goals, sometimes I'd go to the upscale stores and try on expensive clothes. I wouldn't buy any yet, because I still had a ways to go on weight loss, but still, it made me feel good to see myself in snazzy clothes in those big 3 way mirrors. Then, I'd go to lower priced stores and look for deals and try to put together an outfit similar to the expensive department store.
