I'm baaaaack.

Hi everyone!

I am back! From May 2012-June 2012 I lost almost 20 pounds. My birthday was in July of 2012 and I let myself have a little vacation time....like the whole month. I gained my weigh up to 240 and I am sick and tired of being well sick and tired! Soooo I'm back up and at em! Whose with me :D

I feel the same way. I need to get back on track too. I do well with getting exercise in, but not so well with what I am eating. Good luck to you.

i'm rite there with ya girly! this week has been a waaaaay "off the beaten path" week (TOM) lasnite i jumped back on the healthy trail in hopes of getting back on the rite path! happy belated bday n heres to many more!
