I skip breakfast, have around 500-700 calories for lunch, and again for dinner. My snack is usually around 200-300 calories. I try to maintain around 1500 calories a day.

I tend to use most for dinner. I normally have a light breakfast, a few snacks or larger lunch, then save the rest for dinner.

I actually split my calories up pretty evenly over the course of the day, usually 6 meals a day.
