I walked this morning. Good for me. And I am looking forward to when the weather will be such that I can walkout of doors.

Gotta keep moving, it is good for us.

well yesterday i managed to ride my bike for 20 minutes and i'm home today so i'm planning on a good walk and lifting some weights.

Hi everyone,

I've been slack about posting my exercise here, sorry! :) But here is what I've donw so far this week:

Monday -- Fat Burning for Dummies (Workout only) -- 40 min.

Tuesday -- Pilates and strength training (free weight stuff) -- 40 min.

Wednesday -- Fat Burning for Dummies (Workout and prelim instruction stuff, too) -- 50 min.

Thursday -- BREAK! (My body was telling me to!), but work-related walking (probably about 30 min. total by the end of the day)

I've got a new video to try for tomorrow -- Mina Lessig's "Strength and Grace". I'm looking forward to it!

Hey Ladies!
 
I haven't stopped by here much this week because the exercise thing just hasn't happened this week!!:o

Anyway my DC were on Spring Break and our routines have been ALL messed up, so I vow to do better next week!!!!!

I am going to give it my ALL!! I am so close to going under that 200 mark I can feel it, taste it, almost touch it!!!!!!!!!!!!:dizzy:

I will report back in on Monday and hope to report that I got my exercise in Monday AM as planned!!

The sun finally came out today!!

Tuesday--rested
Wednesday--45 min walk plus a 20 min later in the day
Thursday--55 min walk

So far so good :)

well i didn't really exercise this weekend, just did a lot of raking. That's gotta count for like a month's worth of exercise. *I wish*

Hey all,

I hope everyone had a great easter. Now the holidays are over it's time to buckle down and get those workouts in. My goals for the week are:
1. ride my bike 20 minutes everyday (preferably), but atleast 4 days this week.
2. situps (my stomache needs major work)
