Well I'm a mesomorph to the core, and have a broad frame, to boot. My shoulders are wider than my husband's, and he is a foot taller than me and not particularly light of frame, either!
I will be pleasantly surprised if I can maintain in the 120 's without a ton of effort, especially since I have neither the interest nor time to dedicate to intense strength training. But a moderate regimen is what I aim for and I look much slimmer than the scale suggests, precisely because I have strength packed in where many other women have fat. I don't want to be skinny fat, and while I know I can slim down big time I won't ever look like a waif, even at 110 pounds, because my bones and musculature wouldn't allow for that. That doesn't mean I can't lose weight and be trim, but I'll never LOOKS delicate with shotput shoulders and childbearing hips. That's just fine, but I couldn't imagine settling where I am right now, seeing how much fat I have left to shed :)
