Hi!

so happy to have wandered to this site. I am working on getting a big chunk of weight off this year. I started giving myself a "theme" for each year since I turned 60. This year is, " renew at 62". That means to me that I can get this off and can be healthier than I have been. Hope to be an encouragement as well as receiving encouragement. We are all in "this" together!

Welcome to 3FC! This is a GREAT site! I love your idea of having a different "theme" for each year! I'm going to be turning 30 in September, so this year has all about doing things I've never done before, or have been too afraid to do (such as flying). :)
