My goal was to loose 5 lbs. I have lost 8. I got a new scale in the middle of the month, so my stats don't quite fit with my ticker which I have altered to match the new balance beam scale which weighs me 3 lbs heavier than the old one did. I am so paranoid...like any of you are going to go check up on me. LOL.

So I am happy although I have no real updates.
I am still at 195 and I have not gained any weight. Which is a surprise because I have not been working out lately, but I have been eating really great. CW: 243.50 GW: 242.25 I don't have another weigh-in this month (CW was taken on the 25th), so I'm not going to make my 5 pound goal. But I'm not complaining either, 243.5 ties me in with the lowest weight I hit last year. I'm only a pound and a quarter off, although if I hit my goal on the first I might count it anyway. ;) I'll see how I can do next month! :carrot: |
I had sooo much fun at the dance club! My feet are a bit sore though from the heels, haha.

Well, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that I DIDN"T make goal. The good news is I can try again next month.
I was soooooooooooo close. I did it to myself. I had a friend over this weekend and I didn't follow my eating plan. I have shrimp fried rice, mexican food, bacon, candy, a bottle of wine, wine cooler and a daiquiri. I can't blame anyone but myself. I'm going to try again. I hope everyone else made goal. Congrats all! |
This morning, I was down a couple more pounds, so I actually did make 10 lbs loss in July. Nothing like last minute weight loss! My goal was 5 lbs, so I am very pleased.

Hello All!!! July 31st!! That means it is time to start tallying everything up. After the debacle with my POS scale and finding out that I actually weighed 349 and not 339 I decided to kick it in to over drive...There is no way I am not going to be in the 320's by Aug 1st. So with one day to go there is where I stand:
SW: 349 GW: Somewhere in the 320's CW: 330.2 lbs!!!!!! Total weight lost in July: 18.8 lbs!! :dizzy: I have one day to lose .3 lbs.....COME ON!!!! I NEED THIS!~!~!~! :cheer3::cheer2::cheer3:See ya'll tomorrow for the final weigh in.:cheer2::cheer3::cheer2: |
Well, I didn't make it to 10 :( But I did lose 7.4, and that ain't too shabby. I definitely will see the 160s in August. The weight just isn't coming off as fast anymore, and that's ok really. While I'm not at a "normal" weight yet, I can honestly look in the mirror and not see a fat person anymore, and that is a huge victory for me!
