Default Feel like I overate...but I ate less than usual

So, I had a sandwich with salami and tomato this morning, and a granola bar (360 cals total)

At lunch I had another granola bar (my coworker made granola bars out of puree'd lentils)

At this point I felt very bloated like I overate majorly. I went home, felt a little better, had a 1/3rd of a parfait (yogurt, blueberries, peaches, the yogurt was unsweetened)

Felt ok, joined my fiancé at supper and had a bowl (3/4cup) of minestrone soup (carrots, chicken stock, zucchini, tomato, mixed beans, spinach and some chicken tortellini) now I feel gross and bloated again, it feels lik the food is backng up my esophagus!

I intended to up my calories today, instead I'm probably at around 1000, a whole 400 less than most days!

Also TMI warning....

I've pooped 4 times today already!

What's wrong with me? Why do I feel so full?! Uncomfortably so!

If it was diarrhea, you could be dehydrated, so i'd suggest drinking water. It could also be gas. I've noticed that gas makes me feel sooo bloated. Try doing some stretches to help yourself move the gas around.

Normal poop, and I've been drinking tons of water. At least 10 cups worth today!

you ate a ton of fiber!
Also you say "you guess you ate around 1000." where are you coming up with this number?
Do you track on a site that will show your fiber count in addition to calories, fat, etc.?

I haven't counted up my calories yet. And yes I use calorie count's calorie counter. I wrote down all the proportions in my soup, I need to do the math to see how much is in the entire pot and in individual servings. I'm guesstimating based on prior experience with making this soup.

Did it give you the fiber count? Lentils have a lot, and all the veggies and fruit you had. That can definitely make you feel bloated and get everything moving along in your guts!

They don't give it directly but I did a quick count based on more detailed analysis of each product, I'm looking at 14g of fiber.

1/2 cup of lentils has 8 grams of fiber. Did the granola bars have nutritional information on them? Your counts seem low to me, but maybe the serving sizes were small?

The effects you are describing sound more like you had 25-30+ grams.

Yeah I don't trust the fiber count either. The granola bar my co-worker gave me I'm really not sure what's the exact count, so I counted it based on the generic lentil granola bar they had on there, it's not ideal but it's the best I can do.

I've been feeling this weird fullness all day, it took me 45 mins to eat my sammich this morning.

I'm sure the salami had just a ton of sodium in it. Most lunch meat does, so that could be it.

I don't think you are eating enough! 1000 calories is not enough for the normal person.. But then again I don't know your situation or anything. I tried eating 1500 calories and it just made me gain weight because my body was not getting what it needed.. I've upped it to 1900 and I'm loosing pretty fast now.. 8lbs so far (I gained 2 lbs because I didnt eat enough for like 2 or 3 days.) It's going back down now that I'm eating enough.

I didn't eat 1000 calories by choice, I'm sick. I thought it was just bloat but this morning I'm full-on nauseous.
