Success!!
i unintentionally lost 11 pounds!! i have really slowed down on my diet, partly because of stress, partly because of laziness, etc. i haven't been working out like i was, and i haven't been counting calories. i have been eating reasonably, avoiding sugar and carbs as much as possible, and i haven't really been weighing myself. i stepped on the scale today after eating 2 meals, and drinking roughly a half gallon of liquid, and i was down 11 pounds!!!! i thought it was a mistake, so i drank a bunch more and tried on a different scale with the same results. i am quite excited, and i think that this might be the right way for me to lose. i have not been stressing over every little bite of food i take, i have really just been replacing my snacks and sweets with low calorie, sugar free pudding or a light yogurt. i did my calorie count for today, and it was about 1550, so its even lower than i need, but since i havent been thinking about it, it is finally coming naturally. today was the reboot i needed. :)

Yay! I love when I unintentionally lose weight.... wait... that's never happened, haha! But yay for you! Now you know what your body does and doesn't need and that you can survive off of less than you think.
