What is your affirmation for today?

  • What is your positive motivational statement to yourself for today? What will be the mantra you use to maintain a healthy focus and keep you on plan for today?

    Today I am struggling with the need to exercise, so I will repeat to myself, "Every step I take and every move I make will make me happier and healthier."
  • Oooo I like this. I'm struggling with negative thoughts, not just about weight loss and my body, but about everything and everyone. Today I will repeat to myself "I am good enough, I am happy (because I am!), Let go!"
  • Particularly on the days when I need to be at the gym at 6:15AM I tell myself "Do it today for tomorrow".
