I don't know if it is from all the roughage I have been consuming as of late (instead of the junk food habit), but I haven't been belching as much....now it's the "other place."

Any suggestions on how to curb this? It's not an everyday occurance, but it can be a tad embarrasing.

I have heard Beeno is supposed to help this... Just keep up the good work - I think once your body is used to all this it will go away!

Thanks for the input--I may actually be able to go out tomorrow to the doctor's office without "letting it rip!
