My first 5 days!!
I started my new journey to health and weight loss for good on Monday! I signed up for a body transformation/Boot Camp class and I went every day at 6 am! I tracked all of my calories and stayed in ranged every day - between 1390 - 1740 which I track on SparkPeople. I ate based off the Super Foods Rx book. I weighed today and I was down .8 !! I know it hasn't been a week, but I want to have my weigh in days on Friday. I'm so glad I found 3FC, it has kept me motivated all week! Thanks everyone!! :)

Great job! You probably have lost more than .8 lbs of fat but your glycogen levels have increased as an adaptation to the boot camp workouts which is slightly masking fat loss.
Pro Tip: Don't let the scale rule you or it will ruin you. Just remember that the key to success is sustainablity. |

Thanks everyone!! I tried a LOT of other diets and failed miserably. Lifestyle change is what's going to work I hope!! I'm trying to think of the exercise as just part of my day and tracking the food has been a real eye opener.
