TOM weight gain
 

So I gained weight during my TOM, 8lbs to be exact. After the second day it started dropping back down. Today, my last day, I'm only 1 lb off what I was before TOMs visit. However, I'm pretty sure I should have lost some weight, if it had not been for TOM, and I've heard of the whoosh. Is this still coming? Or are my efforts nullified during TOM?

Keep drinking water to flush it out. For me, I usually see a small loss after TOM but the week after that, it is usually doubled.

It's just water, not fat. Your hard work is not nullified! Keep at it, the water will take some fat with it :).

It's still coming, drink up that water!
