I've recently come to find out i'm a compulsive overeater. I've visited the Overeaters anonymous page and fit the description exactly. I was wondering if there was anyone else who has felt this way in the past who can help guide me because I feel as if it's taking over my life. I overeat then obsessively exercise to make sure I don't gain a lot if weight, until my will power completely gives out and I just eat and eat and gain weight like crazy. HELP!
