I do the same thing, Jocelyn :) There are some truly excellent scientist/nutritionist/trainer bloggers out there, with Lyle and Alan being two of my favorites. Prof Andro of Suppversity is another big fave, too.

I've learned though, that some people are more receptive to the really in depth blogs than others, and so I have simpler standbys I reference more frequently. It keeps eyes from glazing over on here :lol:
