Mine is what I started at this go round, which also happens to be my highest ever, ugh, with the exception of 9 months pregnant with one of my children.

My SW is kind of a combo of everything. My highest weight ever was 236, which happened to be how much I weighed at the height of my 1st pregnancy, as well as my 2nd (just had a baby in December), kinda weird I had the same pre-pregnancy weight for both kids AND gained exactly 43 pounds with both kids.

236 is where I started from this round, my highest weight ever, and how much I weighed when I came back to 3fc (lurking, took me a few months to post again).

Although, now that I'm thinking about it, when I *actively* started back losing weight 7 weeks ago I was at 219.8 and when I talk about how much I have lost to IRL people I always refer to that weight. But hey I want credit for every single pound lost, even if 8 of it was a baby.

I used my weight when I first started to lose. It was my highest weight.

I used my highest non pregnant weight, which also corresponds to what I weighed after my third son was born (I'm not one of those great losers while nursing). I was the same weight pretty much when that baby turned 1, which is when I started at 3fc. Things happened and I put my journey on hold for a year or so, then restarted at the same weight this past September.

I agree though - you have to choose what motivates YOU. If it is inspiring to see how far you've come, then put your highest (usually pregnant) weight. If that depresses you to see how big you were, then put the weight where you started here. To each, their own! :D

Thank you all for the thoughtful responses. :)

My highest pregnancy weight with my first was 202. I had my second 21 months later and weighed 178 at delivery.

I've given it some thought, and I think I'm going to change my "starting weight" to 165. Although there have been some bumps along the road, last March feels like the true start to my healthier lifestyle.
