but I also agree with the other posters. nothing wrong with treating yourself once in a while within reason. it gets the craving out of your system...and sometimes I think a spike in calories can help keep your weight loss moving as long as you don't do it too often. |
Oh, getting nauseous from grease happens to me too! I used to love McDonalds, recently I went in with a friend because she wanted to grab a coffee and the smell literally made me sick. I started thinking "How did I ever eat this and enjoy it?" :)
You shouldn't be too hard on yourself for giving in, I think it's natural to do that from time to time. Treat this as an opportunity to learn something about yourself. How were you feeling that day, who were you with, what else had you eaten? Answering these questions will help you know more about your eating habits. |
As others have said, it's not necessarily bad to treat yourself to something "illegal" every now and then. You showed control by not eating too much, well done!!!. And anyway, I wouldn't want to live in a world where I could NEVER have some of the foods I like (sweets in my case!).

If I really, really want that fried flavor, I tend to go to Trader Joe's and get their frozen mandarin chicken for 210 calories a cup, and I also came across the baked crab rangoon recipe which I plan to make one day. |
