I tried this out last night for kicks, and I was 254 yesterday morning, 252 before bed and 250 this morning. So I love it. Lol. I'll still be interested to see how I respond when the numbers aren't going in my favor, but this might be a new part of my routine. Which is funny because my dr told me this week to only weigh once a week, but I think that would hurt me rather than harm me so I'm disregarding that.

I've been finding myself looking forward to the double weigh in. Even when I do go up a bit. Last night I was 128.8 this morning 126.6 so my average fluctuation seems to be about 2 pounds.

I've found that since I've been home, I've been weighing every day and it actually helps to let me figure out where I'm gonna stand on official weigh-in day. For instance, on Monday I weighed in at 216, then Tuesday was 214.5. I didn't weigh in yesterday, but today I weighed in this morning when I got home, and fully clothed I was back up to 216. However, last week I was doing this same thing but the numbers were between 216-218, which leads me to believe I'll be in at 214 (or less) on Monday!

I gave up the daily scale habit..was checking the scale twice a day and it was moving..but for strange reasons..end of the month, gained it back..I was like this for 2 years..No more...and now am a weekly scale chick!!

I find that weighing myself any time but the morning is incredibly disheartening. Granted, I tend only to do it if I feel really guilty about what I've eaten, so of course my weight will be exceptionally high at those times. Weighing right before bed and again in the morning sounds kind of interesting, though.
