Down but NEVER out
Haven't been to the gym in over a week up until today. Last week, I weighed in at 216. I was SO happy. I go today and I'm at 218..I'm bummed. But you know what? It only increased my fire. I'm aware that last week my eating habits were not only bad, but really low. So today I will say I kicked major *** (pardon my French) in my work out. I WILL be in onederland by July.
