Good advice here that I need to take for myself. I've gotten to where I can't seem to get full. I can eat and a couple hours later I'm so hungry so I eat again and then I feel over stuffed.
The apple and water or even just drinking some water sound like a good idea.

This is really interesting. It goes against the common wisdom that advises us to just eat without doing anything else. I actually do like doing something while I'm eating as well, such as when I'm at my desk at work, I'll check my E-mails while I have my sandwich. I find that it does slow me down a bit.
