You know what I'm looking forward to?

The day that my "185" weight on my driver's license actually reigns true XD. I've never weighed 185, at least not in the years that I was legally able to drive!

Hah! Ssameee here chicka. I think mine says 140!!! As if! Lol. When I got it I was like 190, now I'm 250ish. I just turned 21 and finally have to get it renewed though. Just realized that I have no idea what weight I'm going to put on mine now. Probably 200. Old habits die hard. Also I know my boyfriend is going to look at it and no way is he allowed to know my real weight. Even though he obviously knows I'm not skinny.
I'm looking forward to shopping in real sizes! And (hopefully) not having asthma anymore, and being able to climb a few flights of stairs without almost collapsing, and being able to jog! And wear shorts! And a bathing suit!!!!!? I'm looking forward to a lot :)
It's only a matter of time girl we're getting there. Go us. :D

I listed 260 on my previous license, and I weighed 285 at the time! I managed to get below that, but went back into the 260's before getting my new license in February . . . and I listed 250 for that one. :p Another six pounds or so and I'll be an honest woman again. :D

Volschika007 04-10-2012 02:21 PM

I haven't checked to see what mine says but it probably says 160 or 180. Im closer to that than I have been in a year, but still not there yet! It'll be true eventually :) lol

BREAKING MY PLATEAU - I've been wavering for the last few months and I just want to SMASH through it...so here's hoping for that day - I can't wait.

I'm in Kentucky and neither my permit nor my husband's DL have a weight listed on them. I wonder why this state doesn't have that?

Madame Souza 04-10-2012 03:49 PM

Mine said some ridiculous weight like 150 for about 15 years so the last time I renewed, I changed it to 235. I was probably about 275 at that time. now, I am 184. I wish I lived in a state with no weight. I am planning to "loose" my license and get a new picture taken when I reach my goal.

Arctic Mama 04-10-2012 03:51 PM

I felt so great the day my license weight was true again, and then a lie, because I was lighter than it! Now I weigh a good forty pounds less than I did when I had it taken (and likely more, I guessed on the weight because I hadn't been on a scale in ages, but I think I was about thirty pounds too low from reality!), and my new license, which gets renewed in May, will have an accurate weight AND picture on it. Yay!

I finally got under my drivers license just a few weeks ago. Woot!

berryblondeboys 04-10-2012 05:46 PM

Shows you what an honest person I am. I felt so bad about lying about my weight on my driver's license. I said 250 instead of 255 when I got it. I was hoping I would be 250 soon as I had just recently lost 10 pounds with moving.... Well, a year later and I was still 255.

Now???? yep, I still haven't gotten a new license. We refinanced our mortgage this fall and the bank lady did a quadruple take on my driver's license - she said, "Girl, you need to get yourself a new driver's license because you are not 250 pounds and this doesn't even look like you."

stimkovs 04-10-2012 06:39 PM

LOL I can't wait for a new drivers license!!! I get double, and sometimes triple carded at the bar, and ALWAYS have to tell people that I can't "make that face anymore". Although weight isn't listed on ours! And a new health card!

valalltogether 04-10-2012 06:41 PM

mine doesn't have weight listed on it. so stupid anyway, because clearly everyone just puts what they want, so whats the point?

Steph7409 04-10-2012 10:38 PM

NYS doesn't put the weight on licenses, either. My license expires in June and I'm looking forward to getting a new photo! It will be worth standing in line for an hour to be able to get rid of my hideous picture, taken years ago when I was at my heaviest ever.

KittyKatFan 04-10-2012 10:45 PM

I hear ya. I just moved to a new state not too long ago, and I still have my old state's drivers license. I can't wait to jot down my true weight. And hopefully get a skinnier drivers license pic. I will still be ugly in the pic (not putting myself down; everybody looks bad in drivers license photos), but at least I won't be as fat :)

LandonsBaby 04-11-2012 12:03 AM

I've always been honest on mine. I think it lists me as weighing more than I do.
