lost 3lbs... after a shower ?!
 

okay so I'm not going to run off and log that weight because I'm shocked by it - I woke up and weighed myself and I was 239.0lbs. all I was wearing was a tshirt and underwear. I got in the shower and took a 30-40 minute, average temp shower. when I got out out of curiosity I weighed again (in the nude) thinking my weight would of gone up. Instead it says I'm now 236.4 !! how can that be ? and is it fair to log that weight (ha).

Some of it was the shirt and underwear, but you probably sweat some in the shower if it was warm? Did you pee? Did you step on again after it read 236.4 to see if it was a false reading?

I pee before I got in, yeah. I stepped on it again just now and it's the same.

Clothes weigh more than you would think. And you peed.

But I usually lose a little weight in the shower despite having wet hair getting out. Freaks me out how much dead skin, oil, sweat must be clinging. EEEEEEWWWWWWW

I would go with your first weight in the morning. Always weigh and record your weight at the same time and under the same circumstances.
If you weigh any other time it is just for information, don't record it , you will just confuse yourself.

I agree. And if it was accurate, it will reflect in your next weigh in anyway!

I have been pretty dirty before a shower but I believe you have me beat! :rofl:

well, I woke up and was 236.8 this morning. no shower ! I weigh daily a I've never saw 236 before yesterday. and seeing it again today, I'm gonna log it !
