Mastery by George Leonard
Hi guys.
I have not been on in a while (several months to be honest), so I wanted to jump back into things by recommending a book!
"Mastery" by George Leonard
This isn't a diet book, its a book about mastering something. I feel like for some this may proove to be a lot of help if they are getting frustrated with plateaus (which is what the book is mostly about, recognizing, suffering through, and even enjoying plateaus).
Its a small cheap read, only about 100 pages, I read it in an afternoon.
