HELP!! I am Yo-Yo dieting again.
I have been on WW since the beginning of the year, and I keep up this pattern. I need help to break it. I do really good for a week. Then I "relax" a bit and end up bingeing. How do I stop this destructive pattern???? HELP!!!

WDW, I don't know if you are already establishes on some threads. But that helps a lot. However several of the threads I am on have been dying off. I would like to encourage you to jump in. I am on working moms (under the buddies.) and Angels Better Body Challenge, and Jewels within under support.
