Not a good 10 days
I got depressed 10 days ago over a personal issue, and subsequently I didn't binge-eat during that time, but I just ate until I was full and didn't worry if my wife made pizza or not - I just ate it. I had yummy stuff, to be sure, but I wasn't stuffing myself.
Well, I paid for it. In 10 days I gained four pounds. :?: Even if I was *trying* to pack on weight I'm not sure I could put on four pounds in 10 days. It's further depressing when every single pound leaves my body kicking, crying and screaming, digging its claws in for dear life, but the second I let up even the least amount the scales rocket upward. It's going to take me a month to lose those four pounds again. Then I'll be back where I started. :stress: |
I totally know what you mean. But seriously, I don't thinks its actually fat. up your water intake for a few days and I'm sure you'll drop it. I'm guessing its the infamous water gain from sodium. Good luck!! :)

Alitorry is right that it is not likely that you gained four pounds of fat during that period. Just think about what you can learn from this episode, apply it, and take weight loss one day at a time. All of your effort is worth it. It will get better.
