I've been looking for someone around my age and weight to talk to about my own weight loss journey. If you'd like to talk/vent with me, I'd really love it. I'm trying to keep positive myself and have been in your exact situation. I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds and I get so close to just giving up, like it's not even worth it. I'm so frustrated and it's very depressing. Maybe we can help motivate each other. Thinking positive is easier said than done, believe me, but that's all I have right now. I just keep telling myself that tomorrow is a new day.
