had one today..but am blaming it on TOM....and trying to stay guilt free!!!

Did great all day, until my husband brought home party hors devours for a meeting he was having at our house tonight. Amazingly, I still didn't go over my calories, but did go over my fat and protein allowance for the day. Hope I can stay away from the leftovers! Hopefully, he will give them away.

I haven't gone over either but the amount of calories in that meal basically meant no more food for me. =/

During my TOM, I have a black hole of a stomach and will eat everything that comes in sight. No matter what I eat, I will never be full during that week!
