Celebrating a Little Success
 

I'm celebrating a small success tonight. It's a BIG success for me, but in view of the long journey ahead of me, it will eventually be a spec on my map.

I wrote about it on my blog. I won't repeat myself but you can read about my little dinner success tonight.

Usually I get overwhelmed thinking about how much I have to lose but recently I've been working hard to focus on being present and noticing the small successes.

Tonight's was a noticeable one and I wanted to share with someone.
Yay for the little moments! Lots of little moments will grow into BIG moments. At least, that's what I'm hopeful of.

Good for you! Those 'small' steps and decisions, before you know it, will turn into such habits that you won't even think of them anymore. And the results will start piling up.
