Sorry to hear about your Grandmother. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Don't feel bad if you had to take a break from focusing on weight loss and heal other areas in your life.

I am glad you were able to recollect yourself, and chose to get back up on your feet and start moving forward again. I wish you much luck on your journey, we are always here if you need us!

Sorry to hear about your grandmother. Losing a love one is really hard, and it takes a toll on us mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Glad to hear that you are trying to get back on track though! Sometimes its hard to stay motivated, but maybe you can plan little rewards for yourself once you hit some mini-goals? And just picture yourself when you finally reach your goal weight. That usually helps to get me going to the gym & making better eating choices. (:

Very sorry about your loss and just want to let you know you are not alone. I've just re-started my weight loss plan after losing my dad and gaining about 40 pounds back. It's hard, but I think getting back on plan is part of the healing process. Just remember that you are not alone

My grandmother would have wanted me to loss the weight just as much as I do. She had her own strugle with weight that she over came. I'm just tired of being fat and unhappy.
